- When you inquire about a class, relevant profile and contact details are shared with the Instructor.
- Messages sent through our platform are stored and may be accessed by administrators in cases of disputes, complaints, or suspected breaches.
2. Disclosure, Storage, and Overseas Transfers
- We may disclose personal information to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.
- Personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia.
- We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
