Account & Registration

First, create a standard account using your email or social login. You must then complete an Instructor Registration Form, which our admin team will review for verification. Once approved, you can publish listings based on your active subscription.

No. You must wait for admin approval of your business registration before you are eligible to create or publish any class listings.

Yes, but only if you have no active published listings. If you have active listings, you must unpublish them first before editing your registration.

Yes. Every time you modify your registration details, the information must undergo a new approval process to ensure accuracy and trust.

To delete your account, please submit a request through our Contact Us form.

No. If you use a social login (Google or Facebook), you cannot change that password through our website; you must manage it through the respective social platform.

Business Eligibility

No. Overseas businesses are restricted to listing online-only classes.

Yes. As an Australian-registered business, you are eligible to list both in-person and online class opportunities.

Yes, provided you can prove that the accounts represent different franchises and are being operated by different owners.

Subscriptions & Payments

Yes. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through the Account/Orders page.

Yes. You may maintain as many active subscriptions as you require under a single account.

Listings expire at the end of the active period if the linked subscription plan is cancelled or if a payment fails.

Directly swapping listings between plans is not supported. To move a listing, you must delete it from the current plan and recreate it under the new subscription plan.

Managing Listings & Trainers

Yes. You can update your published listings as often as needed to maintain accuracy. These updates do not require a separate approval process.

No. If a listing is currently published, any changes you save will go live immediately. You cannot "hold" changes without publishing them while the listing is in an active status.

Each account can create and manage a maximum of 50 individual trainer profiles.

There is no limit. You can link as many of your added trainers to a single class listing as you wish.
